Book Review: "The Greater Journey" by David McCullough

I found this for a dollar at Goodwill.  I wouldn't have bought it otherwise.  I'm glad I did.

In the 19th century, a lot of Americans went to Paris--the cultural capital of the year.  They are artists, musicians, authors and doctors.  Paris influenced them--which also influenced us over here.  It was very interesting to hear about their experiences.

I also learned more about France's history in that century. 

I liked it, a lot.
